this week half a kilo or pure analogue and organic loveliness lands in the form of the masterful juju & jordash full length on dekmantel. a genuine trip that takes you to another place, it’s sure to be one of the albums of the year, with the jazzy yet firm deep house stylings of kuba sojka’s ‘mysterious intrigue’ lp on mathematics not far behind. elsewhere, theo keeps re-issuing his own back catalogue much to my delight, skudge have readied some more of their pannel beaten techno loops for boddika’s nonplus, and tobias goes long and hypnotic on his deep house cum techno drivers for ostgut ton.

as ever, i’ve picked up some older bits too this week, including steven tang’s synth laced, detroit echoing windy city ep. i also spotted a new omar s and kassem mosse collab is on the way via fxhe so have included that in keen anticipation. plenty more bits are included, but the last one i’ll mention is the hand sprayed, limited to 300 artifact ep on local action, reviewed here and pictured in the making above. happy hunting!
